About
Paws and Crystals Animal Communication and Healing was founded in 2020 by Nicole Lai, and is rooted in an intuitive, heart-centered approach to connecting with animals.
What began as a space for intuitive animal communication and healing has now grown into a space where I also teach others how to reconnect with their own intuitive abilities.
Through this work, I support both humans and animals in building deeper, more honest connections—creating space for healing, understanding, and a bond that goes beyond words.

I had such a wonderful and insightful session with Nicole today for my Nyla. I’m truly grateful for the time, care, and compassion she brought to the session.

I have just completed Nicole’s Animal Soul Communication Course and my heart is so full. 🐾✨
These 3 days were so much more than a course — it was a deeply meaningful journey. Nicole guided us through both theory and lots of hands-on practice, from meditation and grounding, to actually communicating with animals who are still with us and those who have crossed over.
As an animal lover, being able to experience those connections for myself was incredibly moving. I loved that we didn’t just learn about it — we actually got to *do* it, in such a safe and non-judgmental space where it felt okay to be vulnerable and try.
Nicole is such a special teacher. She is so generous, patient and genuine — you can really feel how much she wants her students to succeed. She answered every question with so much care, and her encouragement gave me the confidence to trust what I was receiving and to trust myself.
I walked away feeling empowered, more connected, and so grateful. If you’ve ever felt curious about communicating with animals on a soul level, I can’t recommend learning with Nicole enough. She teaches with so much heart.
